I am a full professor at Corvinus University of Budapest and a part-time researcher at the Centre for Economic and Regional Studies.
My research focuses on macroeconomics, labor markets, income distribution and European economic adjustment.
I earned my PhD in Economics at Northwestern University in 2001. I previously held positions at Boston College, Magyar Nemzeti Bank (the central bank of Hungary) and at the University of Pécs. Between 2004-2024, I was an adjunct professor at Central European University.
